For us at Fluidcoins, the first half of the year has been really exciting. Over the past six months, we’ve announced a bunch of new integrations, products, partnerships, and product updates. It’s truly been amazing work from everyone on the team.

Here is a recap of how the last six months have been for us.

Integrations

Over the last few months, we’ve made accepting crypto payments as seamless as possible with a lot of new integrations. We kicked off by integrating the Polygon network on our Checkout widget, bringing transaction fee costs down to as low as $0.02 ( around 10 Naira ). We also introduced decentralized payments on Fluidcoins with MetaMask and WalletConnect integrations. To close off the first half of the year, we added support for USDC and DAI Stablecoins on Tron and Ethereum respectively.

Partnerships

We had the pleasure of partnering with the Katwig kare Foundation, a women-founded non-profit organization supporting women with healthcare services and safe spaces to discuss and learn about their sexual, reproductive, and mental health (read more on this here). That wasn’t all though. We also partnered with several amazing companies in the ecosystem ranging from payment technology providers- Thepeer and Orchestrate to Investment platforms- GetEquity and Accrue.

As the second half of the year begins, we hope to onboard more companies into the crypto ecosystem with more amazing partnerships.

Product Updates

We’re constantly improving all our products at Fluidcoins, here are some of the improvements we’ve made over the last six months;

Redesigned Dashboard

We’ve completely redesigned the Fluidcoins merchant dashboard with even better features to continue helping merchants in Africa accept crypto payments from anywhere in the world. Learn more about all the new features we added here.

Redesigned Checkout Widget

Our Checkout Widget now looks even more amazing with up to 3 different crypto payment options available to users (Pay via transfer, MetaMask, and WalletConnect).

Custom Fields in Payment links

We made our no-code payment links tools even easier to use with the ability to create custom fields. You can now collect even more information from your customers when receiving payments. Learn how to add custom fields to your payment links in this article.

Brand new Crypto Address page on the Dashboard

With the new Crypto address page, Fluidcoins’ users can generate Crypto addresses and monitor inflows and outflows from all the cryptocurrencies we support.

New Products

The first half of the year wasn’t short of new Fluidcoins products. Here are all the new products we’ve launched so far;

Liquidity

We introduced Liquidity, a new platform that intends to give African businesses a gateway into the Web3 market. Fluidcoins Liquidity is an easy route for businesses to convert their local currency ( e.g Naira ) to any supported Stablecoins ( USDC, USDT, BUSD ) and vice-versa. Wallets-as-a-Service

Wallets-as-a-Service is our free tool that provides businesses the opportunity to embed crypto wallets into their products. FluidShop

FluidShop is an easy way for creators, and business owners to create and launch online shops that accept payments in both fiat (Naira) and crypto from anywhere in the world. Compliance-as-a-Service
