Using the Tron blockchain, our merchants can now create, manage, and receive USDC payments.

Our goal is to support the most reliable stablecoins and the fastest, cheapest, and most reliable chains. Because of this, bringing Stablecoins to multiple chains is the first step in making sure we offer as many options as possible to our merchants and their customers. This is in terms of speed, and availability across exchanges/wallets, etc

Since USDC went live on Tron around 5 months ago, we have been monitoring the adoption and support across exchanges and wallets. We have seen almost $2 billion issued on Tron over the last 5 months. As a result, we felt very comfortable upgrading our infrastructure to support this.

What can you do on the Tron network?

• You can accept payments in USDC on the Tron network with our checkout widget.
• You can now request payouts in USDC on the Tron network.
• For merchants using our Wallets as a Service API, you can generate addresses on the Tron network that can accept both USDT and USDC. That is to say, you really just need one address, not two different addresses!

If you previously generated Tron addresses for your customers, they can now send both USDT and USDC to the same address. You don’t have to generate a new and separate address for them!

It is now available on Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, and Tron!
