Earlier this year, we introduced the address page to ensure that creating and managing different crypto addresses becomes much easier for our merchants.

This was an important update because, for some users, creating a payment link or using our checkout SDK couldn’t completely meet all their needs.

Crypto addresses give these users the unique option of receiving all their payments in a specific cryptocurrency. What makes this even more convenient is that you can create and monitor multiple addresses for the same cryptocurrency just like you would when creating sub-accounts for fiat currencies.

We realized that there are different ways and reasons users may want to receive crypto payments. Today, I’ll be walking you through how to create crypto addresses for stablecoins.

Creating a stablecoin address on Fluidcoins

The first step to creating a stablecoin address is getting to the address page. The Address Page allows merchants to create crypto addresses and monitor transactions for any address created. This gives merchants the ability to view all transactions made on a particular address.

• To get to this page you’ll have to toggle the switch at the top of your dashboard page (1) to “wallets” (2). Next, click the “Add New” button in the address section to generate your first address.

• This brings you to the address page. To generate an address, click on the “Generate New Address” button at the top right corner of this page.

• Next, you have to fill in your desired cryptocurrency and network. In this case, we will be creating a stablecoin address so it’s important you select the right stablecoin. I’ve created a BUSD address on the BEP20 network as an example.

After creating a crypto address, you can always view detailed information about that address by selecting it on the “Address page”. You can also scan the address QR code and view all payments made to the address.
